THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
